The 0.035 in. DW Stainless Wire features smooth droplet transfer and excellent arc stability with low welding current. This allows welding to satisfactorily conducted on thin plates. The 0.035 in. DW Stainless Wire has excellent bead spreading and wetting on the base metal. A fillet bead with a small leg can be easily obtained. Vertical position welding can be done easily.

Tables shown are approximate values that will vary with welding conditions. *DC: Electrode Positive. ** Arc voltage is measured at the wire feeder.
Voltages shown are for 100% CO2 shielding gas. For 75% Ar + 25% CO2 use (2) volts less than shown. The use of gas blends with more than 75-80% Argon is not recommended.
